The AMG Snellen Eye Chart is a double-sided vision testing chart designed for visual acuity assessment at a 6.1 m (20 ft) test distance.
The front features the classic Snellen letter chart, while the reverse includes a kindergarten test chart for young children and non-readers.
Introduced in 1862 by Dutch ophthalmologist Herman Snellen, the Snellen chart established a standardized approach to measuring distance visual acuity that remains widely recognized today.
Black print on white vinyl provides clear contrast, while the double-sided design, two colour bars and metal eyelet add practical functionality.
